This morning I was the branch of the first Didactic in Via Ippolito Nievo: the structure due to water seepage has been a failure. The City is working to secure them. The school built just seven years ago is in a sorry state. There are cracks in the walls, the plaster is falling apart and outdoor gardens are to be cleaned.
